No Financial Products: We do not sell or recommend financial products, securities, or investments. Any suggestions or recommendations made during coaching sessions are based on general financial principles and are not specific to any financial products or investment opportunities.

4. Session Scheduling

Initial Consultation: An initial consultation will be scheduled prior to entering an agreement to begin coaching. This session will involve discussing your goals and outlining the coaching plan.

Regular Sessions: Subsequent coaching sessions will be scheduled based on mutual availability. Sessions may be conducted via [phone/Zoom/other platform] or in-person if applicable.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

Client Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee of up to $100.

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel a session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged $100 as a cancellation fee.

Provider Rescheduling/Cancellations: If we need to reschedule or cancel a session, we will provide at least 48 hours’ notice. We will make every effort to reschedule the session at a time that is convenient for you.

6. Fulfillment Policy

Refunds: We offer a full refund to customers who are not satisfied with our coaching services. Refund requests must be made within 2 weeks of the program start date.

Delivery Policy: Our coaching programs are delivered online via third-party apps. Additional resources are available immediately upon enrollment.

Return Policy: As our services are digital and intangible, returns are not applicable.

Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel their membership at any time. Cancellations are effective immediately upon request.
