Coaching Terms of Agreement

Evolving Money, LLC promises to you, the client:

To offer sound financial services. Our only purpose is to help you, the client. We do not, nor will we ever, receive any commissions, kick-backs, compensations, or financial perks from any other professionals, vendors, companies, or third party products or services.
We promise to honor your complete privacy. We will not share your personal information or any of our discussions with any other person without your specific and written consent

Your promise to Evolving Money, LLC:

Your communication is crucial to the success of our meetings. You will allow yourself to open up and speak truthfully about your thoughts, ideas, dreams, goals, and challenges.
Completing the tasks assigned to you in advance of our meetings will enhance the value your coach is able to provide during our time together. The more information we have, the better we can help you. These tasks may include answering a questionnaire, completing a financial data-gathering worksheet, and any other “homework” that is assigned to help you.
You are solely responsible for your actions, decisions, and choices made in response to your coaching relationship.
You will NEVER provide account numbers, social security numbers, usernames, passwords, or any other personal information that would allow Evolving Money to access your bank accounts. Evolving Money will NEVER need this information and you will never provide it.
You hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge Taylor Westergard, Evolving Money, LLC, and their agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit, action, demand or right to compensation for damages you may claim to have or that you may have arising out of actions, omissions, or commissions taken by yourself or by Taylor Westergard as a result of advice given by or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated hereunder. You further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not herein expressed has been made to you to enter into this release. The release made pursuant to this paragraph shall bind your heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns and agents.
